OBJECTIVE
As a young professional, it can be challenging to clarify your career goals and improve critical skills on your own. The goal of YEP’s Mentorship Program is to help early-career young education professionals working in the DC metro area to develop skills over the course of 6 months with the help of a mentor, in order to help tackle their areas of improvement and achieve their career dreams.
We had 30 pairs for our inaugural program in 2016. We are looking forward to the 2018 cohort.
Mentor applications are available March 29, 2018 and Mentee applications would be available April 12, 2018.
