Andrew Collins
Andrew is the President/CEO of New Learning Ventures, a nonprofit that supports visionary educators who are rethinking learning and fostering innovation to positively impact the educational and economic future of Arizona. Andrew has been an education leader for over a decade in Arizona, from classroom teacher to Director of School Development. He has supported the launch of over 30 schools and numerous school improvement efforts focused on intentional school design and visionary leadership. In addition to YEP-Phoenix, Andrew serves on the Teacher For America Alumni board and the board of Empower College Prep charter school.

Ryen Borden
Ryen Borden is a Program Officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to this role, she served as the Executive Director of the Sanford Inspire Program at Arizona State University where she designed, taught, and coordinated courses and online trainings for the teacher preparation program. Ryen has also worked as a teacher and instructional coach for ten years in the Murphy Elementary School District in Phoenix.
